MEUS S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our”, “developer” and “MEUS”). MEUS is an Italian-registered company, with a registered office in Via Alberto Plini 2, Bastia Umbra (PG), Italy.

MEUS deals with the realization, commercialization and distribution of innovative softwares. Moreover, MEUS aims to produce, commercialize, distribute (retailing or wholesale) digital and/or multi-media products and any other products. Joining MEUS is free for the basic version and can provide for the subscription of different types of paid services according to the user’s choice. 

MEUS is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information.

The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to inform you about the types of Personal Information MEUS S.R.L. (as follows, “we”, “us”, “our" or “MEUS”) collects, uses, and discloses when you use our website located at: http://meusfan.com and all other sites operated by MEUS (collectively, the “Platform” or the “Site”), and the service and platform operated by MEUS (together with the Site, the "Service"). It explains how we use and disclose that information, the choices you have regarding such use and disclosure, and how you may correct that information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Service after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Service or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

1. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Service depends on the content and materials you use and includes:

a. Personal Data

Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, and shipping address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to register to the Platform or participate in various activities related to the Service. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile or other interactive areas of the Service, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas is public and your data will be accessible to anyone who accesses the Service. Even the points that you accumulate from all your artists and the names of these artists.

b. Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as your native actions that are integral to the Service, as well as other interactions with the Service and other users via server log files. For example, we can track how much time you spent on the Platform overall and/or on which section of it you spent the most time, or the feedback that we may ask of you and that you provide to us. If we do it, we do it only to improve the Platform and the Service we offer to you.

c. Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Service. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processors, PayPal or Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

d. Music Streaming data as Spotify, Apple Music, Last.fm and YouTube Permissions

The Service may by default or through your uploads access your Spotify, Apple Music, Last.fm or YouTube basic account information, including your name, email, and current city, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, like your Listening or Viewing history and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each permission. We do it with the exclusive purpose of attributing to you points whenever and wherever you listen to music. For more information regarding Spotify permissions, Apple Music, and YouTube ones, refer to the Spotify Permissions page, Apple Control Access page, Last.fm Connected Applications on your profile Settings, and YouTube one on Google Account Help “Share some Access to your Google Account with third-party apps”.

e. Data from Social Networks

User information from social networking sites, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snap, X, Discord and Threads including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. This information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join the Service.

f. Geo-Location Information

We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Service, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

g. Mobile Device Access

We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, camera roll, Bluetooth, contacts, billing, 3rd party apps, and more. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

h. Mobile Device Data

Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.

i. Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Service. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

l. Third-Party Data

Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Service permission to access this information.

m. Data From Contests/Freebies, and Surveys

Personal and other information you may provide when entering Contests/Freebies and/or responding to surveys.

n. Data From your email account provider.

Personal and other information you provide when entering the Platform. MEUS allows you to register to the Platform with the Auth 2.0 of your Google, Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo account. Specifically, we will use and store data and information coming from your email inbox only to verify if you have purchased something that is music-related like a ticket for a live or merchandise of your favorite artist, and give you points whenever and wherever you made it. No other personal information other than points to the item you purchased and the date of the purchase will be stored or in any way used or disclaimed. We do the same for Travel and living purchases that are related only to your music tourism.

2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

In a more specific way, MEUS will be able to use the information provided by the Licensee to:

a. Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties;

b. The sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions on the Services;

c. The sale of, or sale of access to, the Service even through the payment of a subscription fee (including any e-commerce initiated via the Service);

d. Perform other business activities as needed;

e. Create and manage your profile on the Service and the fan leaderboards for the artists you get points;

f. Create Contest/Freebie Organizers’ profiles, artists' profiles and other any third party’s profile;

g. SMS or Email you regarding various communications;

h. Enable connections between you and other users;

i. Increase the efficiency and operation of the Service;

l. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the Service;

m. Notify Service updates or changes in terms and conditions;

n. Promote products of MEUS or of third parties;

o. Offer new products, services, mobile applications, and/or recommendations to you;

p. Perform other business activities as needed;

q. Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity;

r. Process payments and refunds;

s. Request feedbacks and contact you about your use of the Service;

t. Send to the Licensee a newsletter;

u. Give you rewards like digital certification or prizes chosen by artists or other third-party companies and only if we have an agreement with them;

v. Solicit support for MEUS.

We shall have the right to store data and information and to distribute such data and information to organizers, artists and their right holders, subject to MEUS’s Privacy Policy, MEUS’s General Terms & Conditions, or any other public policy, statutes, and/or regulations, including but not limited to your SPOTIFY or APPLE or GOOGLE or MICROSOFT, YAHOO identification and similar ones, email, first and last name, gender, list of songs you like, playlists, your purchases, current city and hometown information.

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

By using the MEUS Service, you consent to the disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We will identify to whom and for what purposes we disclose your Personal Information at the time of collection, and obtain your consent if applicable. We may disclose your Personal Information to third-party service providers with whom we have a contractual agreement that includes appropriate privacy standards. When we disclose your Personal Information to third parties, we take reasonable measures to ensure that the rules set forth in this Privacy Statement are complied with, and these third parties provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or engage third-party service providers, including Italy. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of Italy and/or outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than in your country. While such information is outside of Italy, it is subject to the laws of the country in which it is held and may be subject to disclosure to the governments, courts, or law enforcement or regulatory agencies of such other country, pursuant to the laws of such country. However, our practices regarding your Personal Information will at all times continue to be governed by this Privacy Statement, and we will comply with the applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR, providing adequate protection for the transfer of Personal Information from the EU/EEA to a third country. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

a. By Law or to Protect Rights

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes exchanging information with other entities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

b. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.

In particular, only to quickly and effectively recognize and verify your purchase orders and award you with points exactly in association with the artist you have invested in, MEUS will use its own technology in terms of AI-model to extract text from emails you receive and you give access to us. We may use also OpenAI APIs only to identify the artist to which you will get points. To perform this feature we will share the following information with OpenAI:

* The item name purchased;

* The item description purchased.

c. Marketing Communications

With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

d. Interactions with Other Users

If you interact with other users of the Service, those users may see your name, profile photo, social network username, and descriptions of your activity.

e. Online Postings

When you post comments, contributions, or other content to the Service, your posts may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside the Service in perpetuity.

f. Third-Party Advertisers

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Service. These companies may use information about your visits to the Service and other websites that are contained in web cookies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

g. Affiliates

We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

h. Business Partners

We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.

i. Social Media Contacts

If you connect to the Service through a social network, your contacts on the social network will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity.

l. Other Third Parties

We may share your information with advertisers and investors to conduct general business analysis. We may also share your information with such third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

m. Sale or Bankruptcy

If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline to honor commitments we made in this Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

4. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

a. Cookies and Web Beacons

We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Service to help customize the Service and improve your experience. When you access the Service, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Service. You may not decline web beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or by modifying your web browser’s settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered, permitting you to accept or decline cookies on an individual basis.

b. Internet-Based Advertising

Additionally, we may use third-party software to serve ads on the Service, implement email marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third-party software may use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize your online experience with us.

c. Website Analytics

We may also partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics, to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Service through the use of first-party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the Service, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online activity. By accessing the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. You are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions. We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors.

You should be aware that getting a new computer, installing a new browser, upgrading an existing browser, or erasing or otherwise altering your browser’s cookies files may also clear certain opt-out cookies, plug-ins, or settings.

5. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Service, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website and should take the steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Service.

6. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

The only employees who are granted access to your Personal Information are those with a business ‘need-to-know’ or whose duties reasonably require such information. We have implemented physical, organizational, contractual, and technological security measures to protect your Personal Information from loss or theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the Service, and you do so at your own risk. We also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards. If you believe your Personal Information has been compromised, please contact us at privacy@meusfan.com.  If we learn of a security systems breach, we will inform you and the authorities of the occurrence of the breach in accordance with applicable law.

7. POLICY FOR CHILDREN

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Service at any time or in any manner. If we learn that Personal Information has been collected on the Service from persons under 13 years of age and without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 13 years of age has provided Personal Information, then you may alert us as at privacy@meusfan.com and request that we delete that child’s Personal Information from our systems.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

9. OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

a. Account Information

You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by Logging into your account settings and updating your Service’s account. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

b. Emails and Communications

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out by contacting at privacy@meusfan.com.

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

10. GDPR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Our practices regarding your Personal Information will at all times continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy and, if applicable, we will comply with the GDPR requirements providing adequate protection for the transfer of Personal Information from the EU/EEA to a third country. For written information about our policies and practices regarding service providers outside of Europe, contact our Privacy Information Officer (see Section 12 below).

Under the GDPR, you may be entitled to additional rights, including: (i) the right to withdraw consent to processing where consent is the basis of processing; (ii) the right to access your Personal Information and certain other supplementary information, under certain conditions; (iii) the right to object to unlawful data processing, under certain conditions; (iv) the right to erasure of Personal Information about you, under certain conditions; (v) the right to demand that we restrict processing of your Personal Information, under certain conditions, if you believe we have exceeded the legitimate basis for processing, processing is no longer necessary, or believe your Personal Information is inaccurate; (vi) the right to data portability of your Personal Information that you provided us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, under certain conditions; (vii) the right to object to decisions being taken by automated means which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you, under certain conditions; and (viii) the right to lodge a complaint with data protection authorities. Please note that the term Personal Information used in this Privacy Statement is equivalent to the term “personal data” under the GDPR and other applicable European data protection laws.

11.  WE COMPLY WITH GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY

Limited Use: Our use of data obtained via the Platform’s specified scopes must comply with the below requirements defined by Google in the “Google API Services User Data Policy”.

These requirements apply to the raw data obtained from the scopes and data aggregated, anonymized, or derived from them.

  1. We limit our use of data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface;

  2. We do not Transfer data, except:

    • To provide or improve your appropriate access or user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the requesting application's user interface and only with the user's consent;

    • For security purposes (for example, investigating abuse);

    • To comply with applicable laws; or,

    • As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets of the developer after obtaining explicit prior consent from the user.

  3. We Don't allow humans to read the data, unless:

    • We first obtained the user's affirmative agreement to view specific messages, files, or other data, with the limited exception of use cases approved by Google under additional terms applicable to the Nest Device Access program;

    • It is necessary for security purposes (for example, investigating a bug or abuse);

    • It is necessary to comply with applicable law; or

    • The data (including derivations) is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and other jurisdictional legal requirements.

MEUS allows you to register to the Platform with the Auth 2.0 of your Google account. Specifically, we will use and store data and information coming from your email inbox only to verify if you have purchased something that is music-related like a ticket for a live or merchandise of your favorite artist, and give you points whenever and wherever you made it. No other personal information other than points to the item you purchased and the date of the purchase will be stored or in any way used or disclaimed. We do the same for Travel and living purchases that are related only to your music tourism. 

As stated in point 3 we will use its own technology in terms of AI-model to extract text from emails you receive and for which you give access to us only to quickly and effectively recognize and verify your purchase orders and award you with points exactly in association to the artist you have invested in. You can revoke this whenever you want.

12.  WE COMPLY WITH MICROSOFT APIs GUIDELINES

  1. In compliance with the Microsoft APIs Guidelines we may NOT and we do NOT:

  1. Use the Microsoft APIs in a way that could impair, harm or damage Microsoft, the Microsoft APIs, any Microsoft Offering, or anyone's use of the Microsoft APIs or any Microsoft Offerings;

  2. Use the Microsoft APIs to disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to services, servers, devices, or networks connected to or which can be accessed via the Microsoft APIs;

  3. Use the Microsoft APIs, or any information accessed or obtained using the Microsoft APIs, for the purpose of migrating Customers away from a Microsoft Offering, except in connection with use of the Microsoft APIs by our Application or  unless expressly permitted by Microsoft pursuant to a duly executed written agreement;

  4. Scrape, build databases or otherwise create copies of any data accessed or obtained using the Microsoft APIs, except as necessary to enable an intended usage scenario for your Application;

  5. Request from the Microsoft APIs more than the minimum amount of data, or more than the minimum permissions to the types of data, that our Application needs for Customers to use the intended functionality of our Application;

  6. Use an unreasonable amount of bandwidth, or adversely impact the stability of the Microsoft APIs or the behavior of other apps using the Microsoft APIs;

  7. Attempt to circumvent the limitations Microsoft sets on our use of the Microsoft APIs. Microsoft sets and enforces limits on our use of the Microsoft APIs (e.g., limiting the number of API requests that you may make or the number of users you may serve), in its sole discretion;

  8. Use Microsoft APIs in any manner that works around any technical limitations of the Microsoft APIs or of the accessed Microsoft Offering, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Microsoft APIs, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation;

  9. Use the Microsoft APIs, or any data obtained using the Microsoft APIs, to conduct performance testing of a Microsoft Offering unless expressly permitted by Microsoft pursuant to a duly executed written agreement;

  10. Use the Microsoft APIs, or any data obtained using the Microsoft APIs, to identify, exploit or publicly disclose any potential security vulnerabilities;

  11. Request, use or make available any data obtained using the Microsoft APIs outside any permissions expressly granted by Customers in connection with using our Application;

  12. Use or transfer any data accessed or obtained using the Microsoft APIs, including any data aggregated, anonymized or derived from that data (collectively the "Microsoft APIs Data") for advertising or marketing purposes including (i) targeting ads, or (ii) serving ads. For purposes of clarity, this prohibition on using Microsoft APIs Data for advertising or marketing purposes does not extend to using other data, such as (i) the number of users of our Application, (ii) a user identifier you independently receive from a user (e.g., an email address we receive when a user enrolls to use our Application, a device identifier, or an advertising identifier), or (iii) a product or service identifier that identifies a Microsoft Offering;

  13. Make our Application available for use in a manner that circumvents the need for users to obtain a valid license to the Microsoft application or service that is accessed through the Microsoft APIs;

  14. Redistribute or resell, or sublicense access to, the Microsoft APIs, any data obtained using the Microsoft APIs, or any other Microsoft Offering accessed through the Microsoft APIs; or

  15. Misrepresent expressly, by omission, or implication, the need for users to obtain a valid license to the Microsoft application or service that is accessed through the Microsoft APIs;

  16. Falsify or alter any unique referral identifier in, or assigned to an Application, or otherwise obscure or alter the source of queries coming from an Application to hide a violation of this agreement; or

  17. Use the Microsoft APIs or allow any user to use the Application in a way that violates applicable law, including:

    1. Illegal activities, such as child pornography, gambling, piracy, violating copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.

    2. Intending to exploit minors in any way.

    3. Accessing or authorizing anyone to access the Microsoft APIs from an embargoed country as prohibited by the U.S. government.

    4. Threatening, stalking, defaming, defrauding, degrading, victimizing or intimidating anyone for any reason.

    5. Violating applicable privacy laws and regulations.

  18. Use the Microsoft APIs in a way that could create, in Microsoft's sole discretion and judgment, an unreasonable risk to Customers from a security or privacy perspective.

MEUS allows you to register to the Platform with the Auth 2.0 of your Microsoft account. Specifically, we will use and store data and information coming from your Outlook’s email inbox only to verify if you have purchased something that is music-related like a ticket for a live or merchandise of your favorite artist, and give you points whenever and wherever you made it. No other personal information other than points to the item you purchased and the date of the purchase will be stored or in any way used or disclaimed. We do the same for Travel and living purchases that are related only to your music tourism. 

As stated in point 3 we will use its own technology in terms of AI-model to extract text from emails you receive and for which you give access to us only to quickly and effectively recognize and verify your purchase orders and award you with points exactly in association to the artist you have invested in. We may use also OpenAI APIs only to identify the artist to which you will get points. To perform this feature we will share the following information with OpenAI

  • The item name purchased;

  • The item description purchased.

You can revoke this whenever you want at https://account.live.com/consent/Manage and/or https://myapps.microsoft.com, or such other location(s) as Microsoft may specify from time to time, with a clear indication that Customers and end users can go to the Microsoft site(s) to revoke Data Access Consents at any time. 

13. WE COMPLY WITH YAHOO DEVELOPER API TERMS OF USE

  1. In compliance with the Yahoo Developer API Terms of Use:

  1. MEUS must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. MEUS may not retain or use, and must immediately remove from any Application and any data repository in our possession or under our control any Yahoo user data obtained through the Yahoo APIs that is not explicitly identified as being storable indefinitely in the API Documents within 24 hours after the time at which MEUS obtained the data, or such other time as Yahoo may specify to us from time to time, including pursuant to notification received from application uninstall event handlers.;

  2. MEUS may not disclose any Yahoo user data or store any Yahoo user data in any data repository that enables any third party (other than the Yahoo user) access unless such disclosure or third party access is expressly permitted by the Yahoo user and disclosed in our (this Agreement)) privacy policy, which must comply with these Terms.

  3. MEUS may not share GUIDs (Global Unique Identifiers) with any third party.

  4. In any Application using Yahoo APIs, MEUS must provide and abide by an easily accessible privacy policy (this Agreement) that complies with applicable data protection law and accurately discloses your data collection, use, sharing, and retention practices.  Such privacy policy (this Agreement) must disclose to end users of your Application the fact that a third party collects, stores and uses personal data in connection with our product or service.

  5. To the extent required by applicable data protection law, MEUS agrees that MEUS and Yahoo are both Controllers, as defined by such data protection law, and MEUS agrees to the Yahoo Data Protection Agreement, located at https://legal.yahoo.com/ie/en/yahoo/terms/dpa/index.html, including Yahoo Annex 1 Part I, located at https://legal.yahoo.com/ie/en/yahoo/terms/dpa/part1/index.html

14. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DECIDE TO UNINSTALL MEUS, DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT, OR NOT ACCESS THE PLATFORM

If you do not access the Platform for 180 consecutive days, we will delete your profile and all data associated with it within 30 days after the 180th day of your disuse. Additionally, as mentioned above, you can disconnect the link with Spotify, Apple, Google, Microsoft, and/or any other platform for which you have given MEUS permissions, at any time by accessing the profile settings on our Platform. MEUS will delete all your data within 30 days of its disconnection. If the user uninstalls MEUS or unsubscribes, then MEUS will instantly delete their profile and all associated data within 30 days of the moment of their unsubscription.
